1 .- SCOPE

The General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all Teresa Aldama's products by phone, email or through their website, www.tiendateresaldama.com, consumers, corporations or other final destination within and outside Spanish territory.

The use by the CUSTOMER of Teresa Aldama's services presupposes the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which will be available when ordering through the website. Therefore, it is desirable that the customer read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

2 .- PRICES

Prices shown on the screen next to each product are expressed in Euros.

Offers shall be duly marked and identified as such. TERESA ALDAMA S.L. reserves the right, at any time without prior notice, to make any appropriate modifications and update products and prices. The price applicable shall be evidenced at the time of the customer purchase.

3 .- PAYMENT

All domestic purchases can be paid through any of the following options:

* With VISA or MasterCard.

* Transfer

* Paypal

International orders are governed by paragraph number 10 of the General Conditions of Sale.

4 .- DELIVERIES

Once your payment is verified, we will ship your order. If you do not receive your order within approximately 1 week for the Iberian Peninsula, two weeks for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla please contact us. Teresa Aldama S.L. orders are sent by the most appropriate method for each case.

6.- RETURNING A PRODUCT

We are committed to offering the highest quality and warranty to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) days to return the items from the date you receive your order.

7.-CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURNS

a) Products purchased at www.tiendateresaldama.com can be returned to our physical stores as long as this return has been previously approved. The reason is that our physical stores don't have the resources nor the information in order to process the return unless we have provided it beforehand.

b) Delivery charges will not be reimbursed in the event of returns. The customer must also pay for any collection charges (equal to the delivery charges corresponding to the delivery destination).

c) Returned products must be sent in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with their accessories and any promotional gifts that they may have been included with the product. Once we receive the items at our warehouses, and after we check the items conditions, we will return the amount you paid in the same form of payment you originally used.

d) In any case, we will accept returns for faulty products and wrong shipments, and Teresa Aldama will pay shipping changes in these cases, as long as the customer informs of this situation within seven (7) days from the time they receive their order.

e) Delivery charges will be reimbursed in the event of delivery errors or defective products.

f) The return will not be accepted in any case if the products supplied were clearly used or weared.

In the event that a refund was not accepted by Teresa Aldama as we understand that the product was used or weared, the goods will be stocked in our warehouse to be picked up by the customer for a period not higher than thirty days from their return date.

g) The sender will assume the risks associated with returning the product, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees for the returned goods arriving in perfect conditions.

h) The application for refund in your Paypal account or credit card depends on the conditions of your card provider. The application period will be approximately seven (7) days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) days for credit cards.

i) We do not accept returns or exchanges shipments sent on our charge without previous notice and agreement.

j) Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of earrings.

8.- GUARANTEE

Teresa Aldama S.L. guarantees the quality of its products, within the terms established by the Spanish law.

It does not include damage caused by negligence, physical knocks, improper use or manipulation or regular wear or tear due to normal use.

In the case of problems that are covered by the guarantee, items will be repaired, replaced, discounted or returned, according to the terms established by law.

9 .- CHANGING YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE PHYSICAL TERESA ALDAMA SHOPS

a) You can exchange your products bought at the online shop at any Teresa Aldama physical shop within seven (7) days from the time you received your order as long as the products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with their accessories and any promotional gifts that they may have been included with. You must also bring the invoice of the order (you can find it in My Account).

b) The exchange will not be accepted in any case if the products supplied were clearly used or weared. Products with damages caused by negligence, physical knocks, improper use or manipulation will not be also accepted.

c) Products previously changed will not be accepted.

d) Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept changes of earrings.

10 .- INTERNATIONAL SALES

International orders are accepted for payment by Visa or MasterCard or PayPal. For all those deliveries that are performed outside Spanish territory should apply the delivery costs indicated during the purchase process for the specific country of destination.

Any customs duty arising on the importation of goods to the destination country shall be borne by the Buyer, as ALDAMA TERESA NOT be held responsible for the goods, once it is in the customs office of your country.

11 .- PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data obtained through Web pages or other means, will be incorporated into files which TERESA ALDAMA SL is responsible. This information will be used solely to inform the customer about special offers and product updates if authorized, and will not be transferred to third parties. In compliance with the Data Protection Spanish Law, the Client may request the amendment or cancellation of their data at any time by contacting the customer service through the means listed in clause 5 of these general conditions.

In the case of purchases made with credit cards, Teresa Aldama may request the faxing photocopies of your ID and / or credit card.

12 .- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Intellectual property rights on the design and content of the website are held exclusively by Teresa Aldama S.L. unless stated different ownership. The reproduction, distribution or transformation of such content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights of Teresa Aldama S.L. or the owner thereof, and may result in the relevant legal actions or court for the exercise of their rights.

13 .- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For any disagreement of this contract, both parties expressly submit and waiving their own jurisdiction, the decision of the case or proceedings, by institutional arbitration through ARBITEC, technological Spanish Arbitration Association, to whom they entrust the administration arbitration and the appointment of the arbitrators. The arbitration shall be conducted according to the procedure laid down in ARBITEC Arbitration Rules and the Arbitration Law of 23 December 2003 and may be made via the Internet or by any electronic means. The arbitral award shall be rendered within ninety days after acceptance of office by the arbitrators appointed, forcing both sides to accept and abide by the decision contained therein. In the event that arbitration is not carried out by mutual agreement or is declared null, both parties submit to the Courts of the City of Madrid, waiving their own jurisdiction if different.
