Welcome to our online store. We offer you necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. .. that until now could only been bought in our shops in Madrid. All exclusive crafted designs, made with semi-precious stones.

Who is Teresa Aldama?

Teresa Aldamaa is a Spanish designer with her own shops in Madrid. She has exhibited her collections at fairs like Iberjoya, Bisutex, Valencia Fair, Bisucor, SIMM. Are all products made with semiprecious stones?

All designs created by Teresa Aldama are made with natural semiprecious stones personally selected for its quality.

Are there shipping charges?

Delivery costs will depend upon destination and transporter, but if your purchase is over 150 € shipping will be free. For orders outside Spain shipping costs will be 8 € for Standard Delivery. More information about Shipping costs

Do shop prices include VAT?

Yes, all shop prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). If you register with a delivery address where VAT is not applicable (Canary Islands or any country outside European Union, for example) prices won't include VAT.

When will I get my order?

Units available in our store (marked by the sentence "In stock") will be shipped normally in 24 hours (working days). Once your order is sent, you will normally receive it in two or three labour days if you are in the Spanish Peninsula or in around seven labour days otherwise. Anyway it will depend upon destination and the carrie chosen. We will notify you via e-mail when the order has been shipped and you can check the state of your order from the link at the top right corner of the online shop.

Is my personal information safe?

The online store of Teresa Aldama uses encrypted communications during the registration process and the purchase in order to ensure the safety of your data online. By what is called SSL provides authentication and privacy of information between points on the Internet by using cryptography. Which are the payment methods?

You can pay by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), Paypal or bank transfer (only if you buy from Spain). More information on payment methods.

Will my credit card data be safe?

Teresa Aldama's website will never ask for your credit card data and it will never store it. If you choose to pay by credit card you will be transferred to the secure payment gateway of Servired / Barclays Bank, where you will be asked for your credit card details. This means that the credit card number will be requested from the secured website of Servired/Barclays Bank and that once introduced and accepted the payment you will be transfered back to the website of Teresa Aldama, storing no data in our databases. We have chosen this option for your safety.

Tell me about the warranty of the products?

Teresa Aldama S.L. guarantees the quality of its products, within the terms established by the Spanish law.

It does not include damage caused by negligence, physical knocks, improper use or manipulation or regular wear or tear due to normal use.

We are committed to offering the highest quality and warranty to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) days to return the items from the date you receive your order. It is important to check the conditions for the returns.

Teresa Aldama have physical stores in Madrid. Can I pick up and / or return products purchased online at physical stores?

You can exchange your products bought at the online shop at any Teresa Aldama physical shop within seven (7) days from the time you received your order as long as the products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with their accessories and any promotional gifts that they may have been included with. You must also bring the ticket of the order (you can find it in My Account). Please check the conditions for the returns.

How the product will be wrapped? Can I choose a gift wrapping?

Products purchased will be individualized in a bag wrapped by sufficient protection from shock in order to arrive safely and in perfect conditions to your hands. In case you want your order to be packaged for gift it will go into a Teresa Aldama's bag with handles and a note that yourself can write at the time of purchase. It will include also a Gift Receipt. Gift wrapping is free.

I have seen that there are Teresa Aldama's Points on every purchase. How they work?

For every purchase you make you will receive a gift in return for future purchases: Teresa Aldama's Points. For every 10 € bought on-line you will receive 1 Teresa Aldama's point (equivalent to 0.5€ to spend on future purchases). Thus, with 100 € of purchase, for example, you receive 5€ in future discounts. Once you want to use the accumulated Teresa Aldama's Points they must be converted into a voucher from "My Account" (in the upper right corner). You will receive a code that you have to include during the processing of purchase. More information about Teresa Aldama's Points.

I have a Voucher Code. How do I use it?

If you have a Voucher code (usually a code with letters and numbers) received from our on-line store (either from a special promotion or for using teresa Aldama's points) it can be used when processing your order. You will see that there is a space where you have to type the code to apply it to your shopping cart. More information about Vouchers.

Once I Log in the store, what information is available?

Once registered in the shop if you click on the link "My Account" (top right) to access a menu with several options: History and details of your orders (where you will find your previous orders, status and invoices for download), Your addresses (where you can edit or add new addresses), Your personal information (where you can edit you personal info), Your vouchers (where you can see your vouchers available or used), My Teresa Aldama's points (where you can check your Teresa Aldama's points and convert them into a voucher) and My wishlists (where you can see your favorite products of the store).

I have done a purchase. Where is my purchase ticket?

If you click on the "My Account" link (top right) and then on "History and details of your orders" you will find there your purchase ticket for download in pdf format.

Can I create a wishlist with my favorite products of the shop without buying them and access it later on?

Yes, you can. In every product's page there is an option that says "Add to my wishlist". Once clicked the product is added to your personal list of favorite products. You can see them at any time if you access "My Account" (top right) and then to "My Wishlist" or directly form "My Wishlist" link at the top right corner of this online shop.

How I can receive Teresa Aldama's news, updates , special offers and promotions by e-mai?

To do this you must give us your consent. We will not send you email updates if you have not given us permission to do so. You give us your consent in three ways:

• When you create your account selecting "Sign up for our newsletter"
• Adding your e-mail in the Newsletter form.
• Click on "My Account" (top right corner), and then go into "Mi personal information" and select "Sign up for our newsletter"
