When is my order shipped?

Once you want to proceed to checking out you will need to register (if you have not done it already) providing your delivery address. It is very important to provide an address as accurate as possible in order to avoid problems with your delivery.

In Your Account you can add more addresses just in case you would like us sending your order to an alternative place.

If the products bought are in stock (you can see it in each product information page) your order will be normally shipped within 24 hours (working days).

Free shipping cost for any order 150€ or higher

While checking out you will be informed about how much you have to add to your cart in order to obtain free shipping. Once you reach 150€ any shipping option will be free!

Please remember that delivery charges do not include import taxes (tariffs), which must be paid in cash upon delivery.
