We are committed to offering the highest quality and warranty to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) days to return the items from the date you receive your order.
To process your return, contact us
a) Products purchased at www.tiendateresaldama.com can be returned to our physical stores as long as this return has been previously approved. The reason is that our physical stores don't have the resources nor the information in order to process the return unless we have provided it beforehand.
b) Delivery charges will not be reimbursed in the event of returns. The customer must also pay for any collection charges (equal to the delivery charges corresponding to the delivery destination).
c) Returned products must be sent in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with their accessories and any promotional gifts that they may have been included with the product. Once we receive the items at our warehouses, and after we check the items conditions, we will return the amount you paid in the same form of payment you originally used.
d) In any case, we will accept returns for faulty products and wrong shipments, and Teresa Aldama will pay shipping changes in these cases, as long as the customer informs of this situation within seven (7) days from the time they receive their order.
e) Delivery charges will be reimbursed in the event of delivery errors or defective products.
f) The return will not be accepted in any case if the products supplied were clearly used or weared.
In the event that a refund was not accepted by Teresa Aldama as we understand that the product was used or weared, the goods will be stocked in our warehouse to be picked up by the customer for a period not higher than thirty days from their return date.
g) The sender will assume the risks associated with returning the product, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees for the returned goods arriving in perfect conditions.
h) The application for refund in your Paypal account or credit card depends on the conditions of your card provider. The application period will be approximately seven (7) days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) days for credit cards.
i) We do not accept returns or exchanges shipments sent on our charge without previous notice and agreement.
j) Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of earrings.
a) You can change your products bought at the online shop at any Teresa Aldama physical shop within seven (7) days from the time you received your order as long as the products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with their accessories and any promotional gifts that they may have been included with. You must also bring the ticket of the order (you can find it in My Account).
b) The change will not be accepted in any case if the products supplied were clearly used or weared. Products with damages caused by negligence, physical knocks, improper use or manipulation will not be also accepted.
c) Products previously changed will not be accepted.
d) Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept changes of earrings.
Teresa Aldama S.L. guarantees the quality of its products, within the terms established by the Spanish law.
It does not include damage caused by negligence, physical knocks, improper use or manipulation or regular wear or tear due to normal use.
In the case of problems that are covered by the guarantee, items will be repaired, replaced, discounted or returned, according to the terms established by law.
